The perfect balance of beauty and conservation, this 2924 square foot house leverages ICF exterior walls and polished concrete floors to provide consistent temperature and a stable structure. Continuing to keep this balance, we used tongue and groove (T&G) wood ceilings, Variance acrylic wall plaster, and exposed beams to create a mixture of Southwest and Continental Divide motifs and a model energy efficient home that may be easily maintained and last for generations in the high desert. The home also has a 1041 square foot garage and 1298 square feet of covered porch to enjoy our splendorous East Mountain sunsets.
